For our prescreening we have a few questions in order to get to know you better.

Please answer all questions below honestly.

1) Why are you interested in working with The Pet Shop?

2) How comfortable are you with handling feeder animals such as Mice, Rats, Snakes, and Insects (Crickets, Mealworms…etc.)? Also are you comfortable feeding animals live food?

3) Are you able and willing lift up to 50lbs of weight several times a day? *

If no please explain.

4) Are there any animals your may be afraid of? Examples: Tarantulas, Roaches, Crickets, Mealworms, Rats, Mice and Snakes.

5) Do you have any pet allergies? *

6) Are you ok with starting at minimum wage? *

7) Are you capable of standing and walking for long periods of time? *

8) Are you willing to come in for an employment trial run? *

9) If hired, would you be willing to give a two weeks notice if at any time you wish to separate employment? *
